Se avete bisogno di una vacanza molto ma molto rilassante, questo è il posto giusto! Una casa vacanza immersa nel verde, lontano da fastidiosi rumori (urbani e non), in  Estate, quando il caldo nelle vallate è torrido e afoso, quì, a 500 metri di altitudine è molto più sopportabile e asciutto. La distanza da fiumi laghi o acque stagnanti elimina totalmente (o quasi) la presenza delle fastidiose zanzare e mosconi delle fattorie; quindi di notte potrete dormire anche con le finestre aperte per godervi maggiormente l'aria fresca della vicina montagna. Tranquilli, non siamo nei centri urbani dove può essere pericoloso dormire con le finestre aperte, quì è assolutamente normale. La sera potrete cenare nei terrazzi panoramici della struttura godendovi la frescura e il grande paesaggio dell'entroterra pesarese, dopo cena (come fanno molti ospiti) potrete godervi i terrazzi in compagnia di una birra, una chitarra o un binocolo per guardare le stelle in un cielo privo di inquinamento luminoso (a richiesta degli ospiti possiamo spegnere le luci esterne della struttura) .... fino all'ora che vorrete, tanto quì non disturbate nessuno e nessuno vi disturberà, specialmente il mattino se deciderete di dormire fino a tarda ora (non ci sono rumori di attività agricole o altro nei paraggi) in un confortevole silenzio. Però, tranquilli, non siamo fuori dal mondo, abbiamo la montagna da una parte e i paesi dall'atra, Acquaviva a meno di due Km. Cagli a 6 Km. Frontone a 8 Km. e davati alla struttura ci passa la strada provinciale asfaltata che conduce al monte Catria, la patria degli aeromodellisti.

A vacation home nestled in the green, away from annoying noises (urban and not), in the Summer, when the heat in the valleys is torrid and muggy, here at 500 meters altitude is much more bearable and dry. However, quiet, we are not out of the world, we have the mountain on one side and the countries on other side, Acquaviva at less than two Km. Cagli at 6 Km. Frontone at 8 Km and next to the structure there is the asphalted provincial road that leads to Mount Catria, the homeland of the aeromodellists.
