The residence is located in the historic center of Turin, the Roman Age Quarter area, in a romantic and evocative vintage building. It has always been the theatre actors' favorite home (the "Alfieri", the "Carignano" and the "Stabile" theatre are within walking distance) and regular place for the singers of the near Regio theatre, one of the main attractions of Piazza Castello, who have left trace of their love and friendship.
The residence is also a few steps away from the largest open air agri-food market of Europe and the famous museums that the city offers, all within walking distance: the Mole Antonelliana, location of the National Cinema Museum, the Egyptian Museum (the world's oldest Egyptian museum, it ranks second only to Cairo); the Polo Reale (which includes the Royal Palace, the Royal Armoury, the Archaeological Museum and the Galleria Sabauda), Palazzo Madama and Turin Cathedral (the Duomo), which holds the sacred shroud of Turin. It is also located not far from the universities (two kilometers from the Polytechnic of Turin) and 1,6 km from Porta Nuova and Porta Susa station. The nearest airport is Caselle airport, 13 km from the property.
